Allan M. Aguilar joined McSweeney/Langevin in 2026 as an associate attorney and works on a variety of mass tort cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and defective products.

Allan has several years of legal experience. Before joining McSweeney/Langevin, Allan served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. Prior to that, he clerked for Minnesota District Court Judge Jamie Cork, was an associate attorney for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, and served as a contract prosecutor for townships in western Minnesota.

Allan is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Arkansas, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Outside of work, Allan enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and engaging with his community.
